I always feel bloated but incase (and I'm sure you all are) going through the same thing here are some things that always help me Smile
-Hot water bottles/ Heat packs (to rest in your stomach)
-Green tea (helps the fullness go down a bit)
-Less fibre (and more calorie dense things, eg.Avocado, nuts, ff yogurt ect.)
-Having baths really helps me (I usually have a bath or shower at the end of the day)
All these things help me cope with having to eat a lot and also help me deal with meals and feel more relaxed. Hope this helps some of you! Xx
