This days I asked me a lot what comes later when I'm weight restored. I was almost weight restored and what I made then I just skipp the nightsnack and slowly I was esting less and less and normally I lost all the weight and more of it! So now that i'm gaining another time what should I make then? Should I eat the same? Or don't have any night snack more and just eat what I want? Idk...

During recovery and even into remission you can eat whatever you want whenever you want. Very Happy

Your weight gain will stop at your setpoint! Those xxx calories of your night snack won't make you gain! It's just your ED that tells you this! Just keep on eating until this thoughts don't occur any longer. I know its very very hard, but when you eat enough and rest, your thoughts will eventually stop circling around food or restricting...
